This single-family home in Davenport Village was torn-down to make way for a brand new spacious fourplex. We are well underway with construction, currently in the framing process. The framing of this particular build has metal studs attached directly to the concrete foundations that extends the entire height of the building.

This single-family bungalow in Oakwood Village is being converted into a spacious fourplex with a two-storey top-up. To maximize square footage on the small lot, a cantilever design was used for the top-up, increasing usable space on the upper floors while maintaining the same building footprint.
