For this project, we collaborated with one of Toronto’s top interior designers, Olivia Bailey. The original single-family home has been completely gutted, re-engineered, underpinned, and strengthened to achieve a modern, luxurious open-concept design. The finished conversion now offers a two-storey primary residence with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, along with a basement that can function as a fully separate unit with its own private entrance.
