This brand new 2-storey laneway suite in Dovercourt Village was once an old garage. The finished unit is modern, luxurious, and spacious, offering 1,200 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 9-foot ceilings, and lots of natural light.
Dovercourt Village
2-Storey Laneway Suite
This 2-storey modern open-concept loft-style laneway suite in Dovercourt Village. This 600 sq ft unit features the kitchen and living room on the main floor and a spacious open bedroom on the second floor. By using a cantilever in the design, we were able to maintain a small footprint that fits the lot size while gaining more living space on the upper floor.
The Junction
2-Storey Garden Suite
This garden suite in The Junction used to be three single-car garages. We helped the client converted these garages into a 1,288 sq. ft. modern two-storey garden suite with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
