Commercial Office to Residential Multiplex

The project scope involves a full-scale renovation of an existing commercial law office. We are repurposing the building into a mixed-use development by converting the ground floor to a blend of commercial and residential spaces, while the upper two floors will be dedicated to residential units. The basement level will provide residents with access to a range of amenities, including storage rooms, a party room, a fitness center, and a laundry facility.
