We converted this 104-room motel in Niagara Falls to a modern 40-unit residential rental complex. For this conversion, we modified the existing structure to create a mix of unit layouts and completed a full interior renovation.
We converted this 4-storey commercial office building into a mixed-use rental property with 23 residential units. The ground floor features a blend of commercial and residential spaces, while the second and third floors are dedicated solely to residential units. The basement offers residents a range of amenities, including storage lockers, a party room, a fitness centre, and laundry facilities.
