We just completed this 2-storey modern open-concept loft-style laneway suite in Dovercourt Village. This 600 sq ft unit features the kitchen and living room on the main floor and a spacious open bedroom on the second floor. By using a cantilever in the design, we were able to maintain a small footprint that fits the lot size while gaining more living space on the upper floor.
