With every Multiplex Conversion Project, we keep you in the loop throughout the whole process and provide you with clear roadmap and budget for you to understand your investment without lifting a finger.

Step 1

Initial Consultation

In our FREE consultation, we take the time to learn about your tastes and ideas, and the site of your new home. We incorporate all of this into a Personalized Project Criteria, which we use to design and prepare conceptual drawings.

Step 2

Preparation

We’ll analyze your existing floorplan and provide you with a comprehensive project scope so you can make the right decisions for your conversion. Once everyone’s goals are aligned, give us the green light and we’ll do the heavy lifting to get your project started.

Step 3

Design

Once you have approved the conceptual designs, we work with our team of professionals to create preliminary computer-drafted “block-out drawings”. This exciting step will allow you to view computer drawings, giving you an insight as to what your home will eventually look like, with all exterior elevations. Any necessary revisions will be made to ensure that all of your design and project requirements are met and satisfied.

Step 4

Material Selection

After we send the designs to get permits, we offer a wide range of top quality material options to select for every part of your home from the best suppliers in Canada and around the world.
