From a Single-Family Bungalow to a Spacious Fourplex
This single-family bungalow in Oakwood Village is being converted into a spacious fourplex with a two-storey top-up. To maximize square footage on the small lot, a cantilever design was used for the top-up, increasing usable space on the upper floors while maintaining the same building footprint.
