The property owners wanted to get rid of their old garages in the back of the property to add a 2 storey garden suite and create extra rental income. To demolish the garages while keep the neighbour’s garage in tact, we had to have an open and clear communication with both parties to make sure the demolishment was safely handled. 

As we are getting ready for the winter, our framing has been completed and the roofing will be up before the temperature drops in Toronto.
