We just finished converting this single-family bungalow in Oakwood Village into a fourplex 2-storey top-up. This fourplex now has two 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units and two 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom units. To maximize square footage on the small lot, a cantilever design was used for the top-up, increasing usable space on the upper floors while maintaining the same building footprint.
